These eco friendly burnished bamboo cooking utensils give a new look to an old favorite. The burnished finish on these pieces is created by steaming the bamboo to bring out the natural sugars and caramelizing them. This results in a honey color and smooth texture. The process is finished with a light, naturally derived lacquer.
