If you purchased your item(s) through our Are Naturals website within 30 days, you may make a return provided item(s) are in new and unused condition. Once received, we will process your return for a refund (minus shipping) or exchange in 15 business days.

If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value minus shipping charges.

Please note: If you choose not to use the pre-paid shipping label please send your package via a track-able method. We recommend using Fedex,UPS, or USPS regular ground service. If you do not use the pre-paid shipping label, you will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and arenaturals.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
